Change Management:
Planning and implementing new processes while managing the cost and response to change within the organization. Implementing methods for transition in a planned and systematic fashion. Coordinating development resources and client expectations around agreed timelines.
Management and Supervision:
Team building with both internal and external resources including IS and IT departments. Developing testing programs with projected outcome and results. Defining team member roles. Providing team member coaching and acting as a sounding board to maintain focus and direction throughout the project. Providing ongoing administration and maintenance scheduling.
Implementation and Training:
Coordinating the teams and all affected parties in the training and launch of business solutions, both full and phased launches. Creating and maintaining training materials, documentation and user guides. Acting as the point of contact for user issues and requirements and set resolution timelines. Assessing the skills and needs of users. Augmenting solution and user training as needed. Assuring the use of agreed best practices.
Software Development:
Leading analysis, definition and development of business solutions aimed at improving business processes, shortening process cycle times, reducing cost and time to market, while meeting standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Projects in many environments and development methodologies. Creating functional and technical specifications, use cases, gap analysis, system documentation and user guides. Designing and implementing user acceptance testing and quality assurance programs.
